Anodised Aluminium Blanks

We offer anodised and sealed 1mm thick anodised aluminium blanks for your in-house laser marking and engraving requirements.

Our aluminium laser marking blanks are fully anodised and sealed to provide a hard wearing and scratch resistant finish. You can select an alternative colour for your laser marking label blanks from a number of standard anodised colours available. The laser marks through the anodic layer to achieve a good contrast for the laser marked text against a coloured background.

Also, for your preferred method of fixing we offer the choice of 3M 468 permanent self-adhesive tape for an easy application or 3mm fixing holes to enable the aluminium blanks to be screwed or riveted on after laser marking.

Anodising aluminium is the process of electrically charging the material before printing ink into its pores. These are then sealed to create a very durable and hard-wearing surface to the face of your product. These blanks are perfect for use in the sports & Leisure industry as they are durable and can be used externally in all weather types without fading or discolouring.
