Laser Marking Blanks

GSM Online Label Sales provide the perfect solution for in-house and on-site labelling of products in the form of laser marking blanks.

Choose from either aluminium or stainless-steel blanks for your in-house laser marking requirements depending on your particular application.

1mm thick anodised & sealed aluminium can be selected in a number of standard colours. The laser marking will etch the anodised layer away leaving silver text which offers an excellent contrast against the coloured background.

Alternatively, 1mm thick 304 or 316 stainless steel blanks are offered with either a 240 grit finish (brushed), 2B finish (matt) or a bright annealed finish (shiny). The laser marking will etch into the surface of the stainless steel to give a durable marking.

The laser marking labels are offered in various sizes as listed above to enable you to find the right label blank for your requirement. Once the size of the blank required is selected there is the option to customise the labels a little further. All options come with the choice of radius or square cut corners to suit your requirement. The anodised aluminium and 304 stainless steel options can have 3M 468 adhesive and/or 3mm rivet holes for easy and durable application. 316 Stainless steel has the option for rivet holes only because of the harsh environments it may be subjected to would mean a different adhesive may be required to ensure durability.
